Nice Sink Mixer, bad Methven warranty service

The sink mixer appears to be of a decent quality overall but from installation we had an issue with the aerator flow splashing everywhere. Contacted Methven through their warranty portal but still waiting after 2 weeks for a response. Gave up waiting as the tap was making a mess so had to source a new aerator myself. Fixed the splash issue so I'm pleased, but for such a cheap part you would expect better service from Methven as it was brand new with a 20 year warranty. 3 star due to warranty issues.

    Sink mixer

It sits quite high out of the sink but not far enough into the middle of the sink so splashed water at the back. I have been told it is adjustable under the sink so you can drop it so sits lower. So far can not figure out how.

    Really good spray

Have had the tap for 6 months now. Pressure is fantastic switching between the two dual sprays. I love the industrial feel of this tap. The brushed just tied in perfectly with our kitchen fittings and sink. Happy with my purchase.
