Should you require assistance with a product or wish to make a claim we are here to help you navigate the ins and outs of their terms and conditions and see you through to a satisfactory resolution in a timely manner.

All responses take 48 business hours. Someone will contact you via email or phone call.

  • What if I have lost my receipt?

A Proof of Purchase Must be supplied with all goods. If you have lost your receipt, please email sales@elitebathroomware.co.nz with all the information you can provide.
