Elite Returns Policy

If you do wish to exchange or cancel your order, please call or email us directly. Have your order number or invoice number ready.

Returns after 60 days are ineligible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return an item either visit us instore, or call us on 09 274 7030 or end us an email to [email protected]


Your satisfaction is our number one priority. We will happily exchange or refund your purchase.

We will provide an exchange or refund if:

  • You return the item/s within 60 days of purchase.
  • You produce either your original receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.

The item is in re-saleable condition, meaning that:

  • The item/s are in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all other accessories/parts.
  • The item/s are unworn, unused, unassembled and in its original condition.
  • The packaging has no marks, rips, tears and has not been drawn on.
  • Please do not attach any labelling to the outside of the packaging.

If any of these requirements are not deemed acceptable, Elitebathroomware reserves the right to deny an exchange or refund.

Please note that a restocking fee will apply to orders returned within 60 days.

1. How to Return an Item

You can return an item instore or by sending it to the following address:

It is your own responsibility to return your item/s to us in the safest and most secure way to avoid any loss or damage. Please ensure you have attached your name, invoice/order number, and a contact number to your returned goods.

Please Note: If you are Returning to our warehouse, please have your return paperwork ready. If not, please email [email protected] or visit our showroom.

2. How long will my refund take?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, original method of payment or bank account, within 10 working days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, or get in contact with you bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

3. Returning items that are not in original packaging or outside of the 60 day timeframe?

Unless the goods are faulty, we are unable to accept any items that are being returned after 60 days, or not in their original condition or packaging.

4. Non-returnable Items

Elite Bathroomwsre will not accept returns of items from the following categories under any circumstances (including change of mind)

  • All Sale Items
  • Ex display items
  • Used Goods
  • Custom Furniture including Vanities, Mirrors, Cabinets, Stone tops, Concrete Products, Shower Trays & Glass.
  • Damaged/ Clearance Products
  • Any item/s that is specifically ordered in or custom made.

However, if any of these products are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the sample or description, they will be eligible for a return.

5. Postage / Freight Cost

Postage costs for returning items will be at your own expense. If your item is faulty, damaged or we have incorrectly sent the wrong product, please contact [email protected] and we will arrange the return postage of your item/s.

Please be aware if any item/s you are returning comes back damaged, we will be unable to provide an exchange or refund.

Note: Any international order exchanges will not be refunded freight.

6. Consumers Guarantee Act 1993

Elitebathroomware abides by the Consumers Guarantee Act for any damaged or faulty item/s.
