* The IP rating is one of the most important features of a towel warmer. The IP rating of a towel warmer determines how close it can be located to the nearest water source (Tap, Shower, Bath etc). The highest rating specified by the Australia and NZ joint standard for towel warmers is IP45. All Heirloom towel warmers have an IP45 rating giving you the assurance of the greatest flexibility in determining where the towel warmer can be mounted. For confidence and safety, always ensure the towel warmer you purchase has an IP45 rating and has been tested in a New Zealand laboratory.

Once you place an order with us, if the item is in stock, we will dispatch any orders before 12pm same day. After 12PM the following day. Our couriers are usually overnight, however depending on the courier workload, it can take up to 5 working days.
