    Perfect

    Great double towel rail for a couple. We each have a towel that’s folded singly over the rail, and doesn’t touch each others. Really practical solution after cramming towels onto a smaller rail.

    Great customer service

    I had some questions about pricing and emailed a query - and got a very prompt reply. The item arrived very quickly and when they said it would be delivered. Really great product - wish we'd upgraded our old heated towel rail a lot sooner than this!

    Great product, better service

    This review is less about the towel rail than it is the service I experienced. The towel rail is just fine (it’s a heated towel rail right) but the service was great. I had two separate orders in and I mixed up the shipping (one for collect and one for courier). The agent at Elite spotted this, emailed me promptly to find out what I wanted and even arranged to ship both orders together at no additional cost. Both orders arrived promptly and were easily installed. Highly recommend Elite for their products and their service.

How long will my order take

Once you place an order with us, if the item is in stock, we will dispatch any orders before 12pm same day. After 12PM the following day. Our couriers are usually overnight, however depending on the courier workload, it can take up to 5 working days.
