Warranty

15-year domestic warranty: parts and labour for the first 2 years, then replacement parts for a further 13 years. Cartridges and flexible tails 5 years. Electroplated and PVD finishes 5 years. Living finishes (Aged Brass, Charcoal Bronze, English Brass, Eco Brass, Natural Brass) are covered until installation. Commercial use 2 years. Proof of purchase required.

Care & Maintenance

Clean with warm water or mild pH-neutral soap and a soft microfibre cloth, then dry. Never use abrasive, acidic, bleach, citrus or alcohol-based cleaners. Living finishes will naturally develop a patina over time.
