The Reno Week Sale runs from 20-26 July 2026.

Eligible VIP customers who signed up to the email marketing list receive early access from July 18, 48 hours before the sale opens to the public. To access VIP brand and products discounts, enter the VIP discount code at the checkout. 

Discounts vary by brand and selected product ranges. Sale pricing and available offers are shown applicable products and collections during the promotional period. 

Spend & Save

Spend & Save runs from 20-26 July:

• Spend $5,000 - $9,999 and get 5% off.
• Spend $10,000+ and get 10% off.

Spend and save excludes Atlantis & Atlantis Showers. 

Ordering, Lead Times & Returns. 

Lead times may apply to order-in items that are not held in our warehouse stock. 

Custom items are non-returnable, in live with our Returns Policy. Restocking fees may apply to eligible returns, depending on the brand and the return timeframe.
